Mobile Silo – Silo/Tank Level Measurement & Communication
Inventory under control – anytime, anywhere.
Energy-efficient system for precise level measurement in mobile & stationary silos. Wireless communication to the central system for dispatching, replenishment and telematics.
Silo Level Measurement & Remote Monitoring
Mobile Silo combines level sensing technologies (e.g. Ultrasonic / Radar / Guided Microwave, LiDAR) with IoT communication and a cloud application. This enables you to monitor inventory in real time, plan replenishments, prevent overflows, and optimize routes.
How Mobile Silo Works
A level sensor determines the volume/level in the silo. The controller transmits the data energy-efficiently via mobile network (NB-IoT/LTE-M) to the cloud. There, the data is available for monitoring, alerting and dispatching – optionally integrated with ERP/telematics systems.
Data Flow: Sensor → Controller → Mobile Network → Cloud → Dashboard & Dispatching.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Which materials are suitable?
Typical bulk materials such as cement, pellets, grain, water, etc. – sensor selection depending on dust, cone angle, surface geometry, etc.
How long does the battery last?
Depending on transmission interval and network – designed for long-term field operation (several years).
Stationary or mobile?
Both. The system is designed for mobile construction site silos as well as stationary tanks and elevated reservoirs.
